I’m starting a new venture distributing an imported product in home improvement category throughout the US.
I currently operate my existing e-commerce business which requires full time from me. I would like to hire a person to run the new venture as a COO and Co-Founder. The position won’t become available until we receive the first container. And when we do, you will start part time, and grow to full time. The goal is for you to eventually achieve an income of over $100k/year through compensation and profit sharing.
The compensation plan will be designed to have no cap, as it will grow in line with the business growth.
This is clearly not a classical job ad. This is not for someone who needs income to pay the bills now. This is for someone who already has a job/income and would like the opportunity to build a 100k+/year career and potentially own a part of the company.
Experience is not necessary!
