We offer commission splits from 50/50 to 70/30 depending on experience and production, with the opportunity to increase annually based on growth. Producers who consistently write over $100K/year may see higher splits and long-term book ownership opportunities.
Role Description
This is a full-time off-site role, commission-based pay for a 1099 Insurance Producer (P&C, Commercial or Life and Health) at Assistance Insurance Agency. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for insurance sales, communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service. Producers are expected to solicit new business accounts and maintain existing accounts to enhance agency profitability in accordance with the objective set forth in the agency business plan.
Qualifications
Active Insurance Producer License (Required)
P&C or Commercial Lines experience: 2 years (Required)
Insurance Sales skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
Active E&O coverage (Preferred)
Knowledge of AMS360 (Preferred)
Commission Structure
Commission is paid monthly
Competitive Commission pay depending on experience. Agency offers 50/50-70/30 based on experience and size of book, with opportunity to increase each year
