Repair Makers is a family-run business that’s been keeping medical, dental, and lab equipment running since 2008. We’re known for our no-BS, approachable style and our commitment to doing right by our customers. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
What you’ll do:
Answer and return phone calls
Send and respond to emails
Filing and light admin tasks
Assist in scheduling and coordinating service calls
Confirm schedules with customers
Follow up with vendors
Communicate with technicians, customers, and team members

Use common sense and think critically
Can make decisions and keep things moving

Pay & Requirements:
Starting at $19+ per hour (depending on experience)
Experience not required — but you must be sharp, coachable, and a quick learner to qualify without it
Schedule & Benefits:
Mon–Thurs 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
