We are a mobile trailer repair company located in Bloomington, CA looking for
an office assistant. Full time Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM.
Job Duties include:
Answering phones
Dispatching service calls
Answering emails
Filing paperwork
Create invoices for customers
Maintaining office clean
Qualifications:
Availability Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Customer service and office administration experience preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task
Strong organization skills, people skills and attention to detail
Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
