A furniture company is looking for an entry-level Office Assistant for our e-Commerce Sales office. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to:
QuickBooks knowledge/experience a must
Order processing, data entry, invoicing
typing/entering orders daily
Scheduling pickup and deal with other shipping related issues
Customer service, return/refund, inventory management
Answering phones and other office duties such as document filing
Mandarin Speaking is a must
