LOOKING TO HIRE ASAP
We are a high volume auto recycler. What does this mean? We purchase about 75-120 vehicles per day. The dispatch team is responsible for price quotes, vehicle scheduling, requesting payments, dispatching tow drivers, vehicle check-in, paperwork/title verification, data entry, relationship building and problem resolution. We are regulated by DMV and are required to complete all work the same day the vehicle is received.
What does a typical day look like? FAST PACED. The right person will love to multi-task and gets fulfillment in getting all assigned work done each day. Imagine being on your headset talking to the seller of a vehicle to schedule a pickup while marking a vehicle that just arrived with the stock numbers, then run back to your desk to check a vehicle title for accuracy, you spot a problem and get the seller to correct the error, while you create a new vehicle record. And now you have three more people standing in front of you while you have two more phone lines on hold. If you were born to do this please apply for our position.
Required skills, experience and education:
Ability to read, write and speak English well
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
At least two years data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Solid work history with references
Tact and ability to communicate with people at all levels, in a friendly and professional manner
Strong active listening skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and positive customer experience
Ability to quickly learn new software programs and processes
Ability to remain focused under pressure and complete each customer interaction efficiently and timely
Superior customer service ability
Ability to perform in high traffic/volume situations
