We are M4 Transportation, and we are taking applications to fill in a Night Dispatcher position. We are a Transportaion Company with many customers all over the Southern California area and we are looking to fill this position. Job Description: Position is a 4 day-10-hour work schedule, Candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls -tracking and updating our customers on nightly deliveries and coordinating with the yard drivers. Candidate must have the ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment at times.
Schedule:
Saturday from 12pm to 22:00
Sunday from 21:00-6:30
Monday from 21:00-6:30
Qualifications:
1. Basic Computer Skills, software used (Excel-Microsoft-Samsara-Prophecy).
2.Great Communication Skills.
3. Well Organized.
4. Must have proper transportation to get to work.
5. Punctual
