Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and a foundational understanding of basic accounting principles. This role will involve providing administrative support to multiple managers and managing and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
Maintain and update invoices, and receipts.
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies and coordinate schedules as needed.
Must demonstrate reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality. (this will be a deal breaker)
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks is required.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
HOURS 8-430 (non-negotiable)
