Certifications Coordinators prepares certifications & invoices for customers based on their needs and communicate with courier companies to provide the most efficient shipping route. The Certifications Coordinator is expected to increase product performance, improve customer service performance, and increase on-time delivery.
Essential Functions
Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
Prepare detailed certifications in a timely manner, containing testing requirements and results for tests such as chemistry, hardness, tensile, impact, penetrant, magnetic particle, and metallography.
Read specifications to determine acceptance criteria of tests performed.
Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of tests to clearly communicate with the team and customers.
Work with quality and technicians to determine certification layouts that satisfy our accreditation standards and clearly communicate results to customers.
Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
Prepare documents, such as bills of ladingand shipping orders to route materials.
Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree (Science a plus)
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Shipping & Data Entry
Experience with Made2Manage a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Organizational and time management skills.
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize work day/projects independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including in employee’s written words.
Ability to work independently, be attentive to detail, have good judgement and maintain a positive attitude.

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30pm, with minimum required 30-minute lunch break. Ability to work overtime is required.
Pay rate $18-22 DOE
