Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing and Advertising Specialist to join our team in Fontana. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our furniture products and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Create and execute engaging advertising campaigns across social media such as FB, Google and Tiktok.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing and advertising roles, with a focus on developing and executing successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Excellent communication skills, both written (simplified chinese) and verbal in Mandarin.
Work Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm In Office (No Remote) Mon – Fri , someone who lives in close proximity to City of Fontana.
