Experienced Litigation Assistant

The L/O of Antony Gluck PC is looking for the next great Litigation Assistant to join its growing firm in assisting its growing client base. The firm has been around since 2012 and continues to grow year after year. Candidates MUST be bilingual in Spanish due to most clients being solely Spanish Speaking. Experience at this time is needed to hit the ground running. The Litigation Assistant will handle their own caseload but will have support as everyone in this office helps everyone else as needed. Files will be handled from intake to conclusion, though the main aspects are to assist the client in getting medical evaluations/treatment set up, ensuring the clients are receiving benefits, and then working with the Hearing Reps and Attorneys to either settle or litigate the claim through hearings including trials. The job is fast paced and plentiful, and time goes by very quickly each day. No politics exist here, with everyone from the bottom up all treated the same!
