We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney. This position will work for an experienced attorney on part time or contract basis while keeping your current practice. We will consider a full time position also. 5-10 years litigation experience is required for this position. KEEP YOUR CURRENT PRACTICE UP TO 75K PER YEAR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
You must be versed in CA CCP, complaint filing, motions, research and appeals
Seeking Experienced civil litigation attorney
Must be versed in litigation, research, motions and trial.
Must have at least 3-5 years court room experience post graduation
We will consider experienced and retired attorneys also.
We are looking for a FIGHTER AND A TIGER that is aggressive.
Must be versed in both state and federal courts
