Well-established 38 year old workers' compensation defense law firm looking for an attorney w/+5 years experience for its Inland Empire Office. Will equally consider full or part time attorneys. Most cases are at the SBR, RIV, and POM Boards. Also have a similar opening at our Santa Ana office whose cases are at the AHM, ANA, and LBO Boards.
Firm uses MerusCase cloud-based application for files and billing, allowing for attorneys to work either from home or the office as desired in our paperless file system.
Employer paid benefits for our FT attorneys includes 100% paid HMO medical insurance, paid State Bar dues, paid MCLE classes, and free month-end lunches. FT is paid salary with bonus pay, while PT are paid upon per billed hour basis and less benefits.
