We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney. This position will work for an experienced attorney on part time or contract basis while keeping your current practice. We will consider a full time position also. 5-10 years litigation experience is required for this position. KEEP YOUR CURRENT PRACTICE UP TO 75K PER YEAR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
You must be versed in CA CCP, complaint filing, motions, research and appeals .
You must have experience in Federal Litigation
