Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Manage and train a team while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.
Operate all warehouse machinery, including order pickers, Turret Forklift Raymond, and stand-up forklifts.
Handle pressure effectively and ensure tasks are completed without delays.
Experience Requirements:
Proven track record in warehouse supervision and familiarity with warehouse machinery.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
$20/hour initially, transitioning to a $1,200/week salary if performance is satisfactory.
