Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize various equipment, including mixers, dividers, pumps, ovens, wet proofers, coolers, and wrapping machines.
Maintain cleanliness of miscellaneous equipment and parts in the washroom.
Adhere to established sanitation protocols to ensure food safety and workplace hygiene.
Requirements:
Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
