SUMMARY:
The Maintenance/ Landscape position will perform janitorial duties, maintenance of indoor and outdoor plumbing and irrigation, and landscape and maintain the grounds of the property.
WORK SCHEDULE: 7AM-5PM (7am-3:30pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm) FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
PAY RATE: $19.50- $20/ an hour depends on experience
JOB DUTIES:
Maintain perimeter aesthetics and landscape.
Perform landscape care, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and irrigation maintenance.
Operate various equipment and vehicles for tasks.
Handle custodial duties and upkeep of building floors and fixtures.
Execute Non-Skilled maintenance tasks.
Monitor supplies, perform carpet/tile cleaning, and assist with office setup.
Prepare and clean meeting areas, assist in events, and manage flag duties.
Report repair issues and adhere to Tribal Government policies.
Additional duties as assigned in alignment with role and qualifications.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
Two (2) years of landscaping and maintenance experience or related field required.
Proficiency in using power tools and equipment, such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, edgers, chain saws, skill saws, and power washers.
Clean DMV record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance.
Successful completion of pre-employment background investigation.
