Join the team today!Job Tittle: Facilities Tech/MaintenanceLocation: Pomona, CAWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4:30pm (plus overtime)Pay Rate:$30.00 - $32.00 per hour DOEJob Summary: Provide electrical and mechanical support for assigned buildings. Responsibilities span low/medium voltage power, HVAC systems and controls, mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. Primary focus on electrical/mechanical support for power systems, lighting systems/controls, and facility subsystems/tools. May require being on-call for after-hours emergencies.Key Responsibilities:Perform general interior maintenance (hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing furniture, etc.)Handle special tasks like painting, locksmith work, tenant requests, and general maintenance.Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.Assist operations team with building and equipment maintenance/repairs.Conduct minor plumbing repairs.Move office furniture, machinery, equipment as requested.Inspect facilities, report on conditions, ensure due diligence.Maintain good housekeeping and safety in work areas.Identify safety hazards and propose elimination methods.Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED3-5 years of experience in building repairs/maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical workCertifications/Licenses:Valid state driver's licenseKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:English communication skills (oral), ability to escalate issues.Comply with company policies and procedures.Physical Requirements:Frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, stooping, overhead work.Lift up to 50 lbs.Use ladders up to 30 Ft., work from heights.Climb 300 lb. rated ladder while carrying 20 lb. tool bag.If you meet ALL qualifications, pleaseEmail resume to [email protected] for consideration.
