Need EXPERIENCED maintenance tech, to help with a residential apartment portfolio from the high desert to the Inland Empire.
Candidate should be skilled in all aspects of maintenance work, including:
1. Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and work on natural gas appliances like stoves and furnaces.
2. Getting apartments ready to rent.
3. Maintaining units of current tenants.
4. Maintaining sprinklers, central water heaters, laundry facilities, etc.
Requirement:
1. Prior experience conducting apartment maintenance.
2. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues.
3. Must be able to work independently to complete jobs.
4. On on site cleanliness and an eye for detail.
