We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative & Invoicing Coordinator to support our accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience processing AP/AR invoices and be comfortable assisting with a variety of office tasks.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors
Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in invoicing or accounting support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
AP/AR experience
