Job Description: Faculty Physicians & Surgeons of LLUSM (d/b/a Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group) (Loma Linda, CA) seeks Attending Physician, Family Medicine to manage patient care and treatment to facilitate healing, specializing in family medicine. Diagnose, treat and coordinating care for patients of all ages in the outpatient clinical setting and inpatient setting. Provide feedback and guidance to mid-level providers including physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Perform minor outpatient procedures including skin biopsies and excisions, long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) placement, toe nail removals and joint injections. Teach medical courses to residents and medical students in the area of family medicine and participate in research activities, educational conferences, and other activities critical for providing the highest quality teaching and patient care. Must have MD degree (or foreign equivalent). Must have completed 3yr Family Medicine residency. Must have CA medical license. Additionally, must have experience with all of the following: (1) diagnosing, treating and coordinating care for patients of all ages in the outpatient clinical setting; (2) performing minor outpatient procedures, including but not limited to skin biopsies and excisions, long acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) placement, toe nail removals and joint injections; (3) providing feedback and guidance to mid-level providers, such as physician assistants or nurse practitioners; and (4) diagnosing, treating and coordinating care for hospitalized patients in the inpatient setting, as well as teaching and supervising residents.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000.
