Job Description:
Managing inbound and outbound calls.
Performing customer service activities based on queue goals.
Updating and maintaining accurate information in company data base.
Maintaining acceptable call professionalism.
Meeting the appropriate number of account goals.
Complete timely follow-up as required.
Work in an efficient and cohesive group environment.

Hourly Position starting at $16.50+
