Proven customer‑service mindset – you genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems quickly and kindly.
Strong phone & email etiquette – clear, upbeat voice, polished writing, and fast typing.
Order‑flow savvy – able to review pick tickets, verify product availability, and flag any discrepancies before items ship.
Basic warehouse know‑how – comfortable walking the floor.
Tech comfort – confident using MS Office / Google Workspace, shipping platforms, and basic ERP or WMS screens.
Detail hawk – double‑checks addresses, quantities, and lot numbers so every delivery goes out right the first time.
Multitask master – can juggle ringing phones, inbox pings, and in‑person requests without dropping the ball.
Reliability you can set your watch by – punctual Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM sharp to 4:30 PM, with dependable transportation to the Ontario / Rancho area.
Team‑first attitude – jumps in to sweep, restock, or handle any “all‑hands” tasks during slower moments.
