SEEKING EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
High-production flooring and countertop contractor seeking seasoned customer service representatives. Knowledgeable of the flooring and countertop industry is preferred.
Required is Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft products (Excel-Word-Teams-SharePoint) Our Temecula office is a friendly and fast-paced teamwork environment.
Being able to effectively communicate verbally and digitally along with a solution-oriented mindset is key.
Preferred but not required experience 1-3yrs:
Project coordinator/ Planner experience
Construction industry administrative experience.
Experience with working in RFMS & Schedule Pro.
After close of escrow new home issues and concerns.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
