looking for a dependable and detail-oriented person to help with bookkeeping, AR and AP , order entry, data entry, and customer service.
What You'll Be Doing:
bookkeeping tasks (like entering expenses, reconciling bank statements, tracking invoices/payments)
Entering orders and updating customer records
Answering phones/emails and helping customers with customer service
General office/admin support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with bookkeeping (software programs)
Strong data entry skills and good with details
Friendly and professional communication skills
Comfortable with email, Excel, and office tasks
Organized and reliable
Part-time or full-time – depending on experience and availability.
Pay based on experience.
