Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly, manage store entry, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and education.
Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment using Guard Card skills.
Support inventory tasks and ensure compliance with store policies.
Collaborate with a small team to cover shifts and adapt to scheduling needs.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older.
1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
Guard Card required or must be willing to get one upon hiring (security training and certification).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays (up to 25 hours per week).
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about cannabis products.
Compensation and Benefits:
