Wood Street Chapel (Fortuna Foursquare Church) is seeking a part-time worship director for its Fortuna, Calif., church.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the weekend worship for services including any rehearsal time.
Recruit and train volunteers for the worship team
Schedule musicians, singers and worship leaders for all services.
Train and disciple musicians and worship leaders.
Provide resources to develop musically and spiritually.
Support developing Worship Leaders until they are ready to solo lead.
Plan the music for the weekend worship and special events, working directly with the Lead Pastors and Music Teams, including worship sets, special music and series themes.
Develop choirs and ensembles for special services.
Schedule and prepare music and teams for worship nights, concerts, holidays and other special ministry events.
