Arcata House Partnership has been serving the area's houseless and recently housed community for over 30 years. We have recently expanded our services with "Pathway Program" that provides a new billable MediCal benefit called Enhanced Care Management (ECM).
There is an abundance of demand and need for services and we want to serve as many individuals as possible. To accomplish that, we are in search of an entrepreneurial leader to grow and manage this self-funded program.
The Key Responsibilities are:
Service optimization and business sustainability
Service delivery
Growth
Staff mentoring and scheduling
Contract compliance
The qualified candidate must have:
Experience managing a staff of 5+
Outstanding knowledge of business finance
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience managing a dispersed workforce
A proven record of running a small business
An understanding of social services
This is an exempt position. Arcata House Partnership offers health insurance, vacation (10 day/year), 10 paid holidays and a positive, easy going and professional work environment.
