We have In-Home CarePartner positions with our PACE program, working at our participant's homes. Our In-Home Carepartner is responsible for providing home care services to Redwood Coast PACE participants in their homes as authorized in the participant's Plan of Care as determined by the Interdisciplinary Team. Our opening is for both Full-time and Part-time, Weekend Shift In-Home CarePartners.
This position qualifies for additional monetary incentives thru 09/2024
