The IT Project Manager takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Manages multiple lanes across IT and Business to align the delivery of a complex IT system with business processes and Federal and State compliance requirements.Works with executive management to defines project scope and objectives.Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.Provides transparent, clear communications across all levels of stakeholders including reporting current and accurate project metrics, status and progress.Ensures the project stays on track with the timeline, deliverables and within the defined budget.Support management team’s development of training materials and documenting SOP’s
Required Skills Demonstrated experience with managing stakeholder expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with Sr. ManagementStrong process development skills, w/ the ability to learn and understand technical concepts in order to interpret, document and formalize proceduresThe ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional environmentOutstanding communication, organizational and time management skillsEducation Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience requiredPMP or PMI certification or other Project Manager certifications preferredExperience with Microsoft technologies a plusVacancy caducado!
