Located in Goleta, California, this position is responsible for overseeing the business and fiscal affairs of the California center. Please note that this is an onsite position.The Manager of Finance & Support Services will work under the supervision of a mentor to:

Serve as financial liaison to business partners and affiliated service providers

Work collaboratively with corporate offices to ensure that financial policies and procedures are implemented in accordance with established internal and external accounting practices, and performed in compliance with applicable regulatory and licensing agencies

Support Center leadership with strategic financial information including analysis, record control and management studies, and provide guidance on budget preparation and control

Support and evaluate growth opportunities from a financial and operational perspective

Provide oversight of support services including facilities and information systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

Supervisory and leadership experience in A/P and A/R required

Experience in working in a behavioral health residentail environment highly preferred.

Knowledge of state specific Behavioral health and child welfare systems required

Must demonstrate knowledge of financial/business analysis techniques, and an ability to effectively resolve problems and negotiate solutions that balance multiple needs and interest.

Must be proficient in the use of sophisticated financial information systems as well as proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Internet and database management and Oracle financial systems, Essbase applications and a variety of PC-based tools. Requires strong oral and written communication skills, and an ability to analyze processes and conceptualize solutions.

Requires an ability to prepare clear, concise documentation and procedures, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
