Hanami Sushi in Auburn
is now accepting applications for experienced Sushi Chefs and servers. Our managers will commit to training new servers who are interested and are serious about learning, however we request only the sushi chefs with extensive experiences in making rolls, cutting sashimi, and filleting salmons to apply. The following are some qualities that we seek from our future employees:
Must be able to move quickly
Be able to multi task
Be a team player
Have a friendly and outgoing personality
Have strong dextrous skills (for sushi chef applicants)
Are passionate in learning about Japanese cuisine
