Head Chef

Reopening the Mile House outside of Nevada City. We are looking for an expereanced Chef to run the Kitchen and back of the house. We will be serving simple but quality food, Smoked meats, and gormet pizza. Chef will be involved with creating the menu and placing food orders. Will oversee staff including a Baker. This will be a great opertunity for the right person who is motivated to kick start this new restuarant and put thier signature on it.
