This position requires a strategic and tactical viewpoint, experienced problem-solving skills, and a deep sense of curiosity.The Analyst, Business Analytics and Insights reports to the Manager, Business Analytics & Insights.This is a Full-Time role.You Will:On any given day, you might:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the business and develop data-driven insights that are both strategic and operational—including developing KPIs and milestones on strategic initiatives and ensuring data capture and tracking to measure goal achievement
Design and develop data models to help drive a better understanding of data across the company, connecting disparate data sources to source new insights and provide recommendations and support on strategic decision-making
Drive Data Culture and adoption across the company, creatively thinking of new ways to leverage and connect both internal data and external data, identifying new business opportunities
Compare standard processes within the analytics organization to optimize reporting across accounts. The ability to find efficiencies in repurposing existing reports is a plus.
Support workflows to manage and organize all data and attribution to ensure consistent, complete, and accurate data for reporting and analytics
Complete testing and QA of data, weekly delivery, and restatements thereafter.
Participate in regular data attribution to minimize downstream reporting and analytics workflow disruptions. Be able to troubleshoot problems and issues.
You Will Have:Here’s what you need to be successful at this job:
Two plus years of Retail Data Analytics, Planning or Allocation.
Sophisticated proficiency with Excel, Oracle forecasting and planning systems (or their equivalent), Business Intelligence/Data Visualization tools (Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI), as well as syndicated third-party data such as Circana and Euromonitor.
Experience working with large data sets and ability to discern patterns.

Highly organized and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously under tight deadlines and limited direction.
Knowledgeable in interpreting data, identifying insights, and communicating concrete strategies.

Education :
A bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field is preferred.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
