Products are to be manufactured at expected productivity levels without sacrificing product quality.
Makes small/micro quality parts that meet customer specifications in a fast paced work environment.
Manage time effectively and adhere to schedules in order to meet customer demands without compromising product quality.
Read blueprint drawings and work orders to understand and meet customer specifications.
Accepts or rejects parts and records inspection results.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00am - 4:30pmOvertime on friday & Saturday is required.Pay: $18-$22.00 per hourRequired Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED (Required)
Ability to read, understand and follow written materials including blueprint drawings, schematics, job orders, etc
Knowledge of and ability to use basic quality measuring equipment i.e. calipers and visual scopes
Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week 52wks)) for this position, is $41,100 to $50,300 .
