Description:2nd shift Electro-Mechanical Assemblers$18-22/hrThe Company manufactures custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies.from the simple to the extremely complex.Will train people with great attitudes and capacity for learning.No lifting requirements.They realize that they will not be hiring people that will "hit the ground running". They will have to train in their specific processes.What they are looking for is APTITUDE, CAPABILITY, and DRIVEAnyone hired for these positions MUST be willing to train and learn new skills. It takes about 1 year to get completely trained on their products and processes. Candidates will learn A LOT working here.They have a trainer coming to the facility to train and certify the team to IPC-620 class III.Skills:assemble, Assembly, Wiring, Hand tool, MechanicalTop Skills Details:assembleAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Attitude and aptitudeMUST have experience in one of the following: Cable Harness OR Wire Harness Assembly Soldering Potting and Molding - (An electronic assembly is placed inside a mold (i.e. the "pot") which is then filled with an insulating liquid compound that hardens, permanently protecting the assembly.)The manager wants people with drive, ability to learn, and has strong character.MUST be able to speak and read EnglishPREFER candidates who are able to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics (cable wiring schematics is a HUGE PLUS)NOT A MUSTMust Have: 6 months of Mechanical or Electro Mechanical Assembly experience PREFER candidates that have experience in wire harness or cable harness assembly (But NOT required) Must know how to solder, OR be able to be trained on how to solder Able to follow work instructions. Good manual dexterity, and able to use small hand tools (crimpers and wire strippers). Efficient, reliable, and hands-on. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Willing to learn new skills and able to follow instructions carefully.

Must be able to accurately document their work, filling out the proper forms.

Must be able to work 70% of a regular shift standing up.
