WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor I to join our team at Shasta Court, a 60-unit affordable housing community located in Chowchilla, CA. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property, supervise maintenance staff, and perform maintenance functions.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $24.50 to $25.50 per hour.
