Full-time maintenance/painter needed for Property Management Company located in Fresno. Three years’ experience preferred. You will need experience in all-around general maintenance and basic troubleshooting (plumbing, repairs, basic electrical, appliances, carpentry, tile and painting). Will be servicing multiple properties within Fresno County. Must be a self-starter, punctual, and complete projects timely. Must have reliable transportation. Painting:
Paint and touch-up walls, doors, and trim in common areas and vacant units.
Apply paint using brush, roller, or spray gun.
Must be able to do some patching and matching texture on repairs.
Must be able to mask and prep areas for painting

General Maintenance:
Regularly inspect the properties for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs.
Perform minor maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and appliances.
Carry out basic carpentry tasks such as fixing doors, cabinets, and windows.
Address minor plumbing issues like leaks, clogged drains, and toilet repairs.
Replace light bulbs, fix electrical outlets, and troubleshoot minor electrical issues.
Regularly check fire alarms, smoke detectors, and other safety equipment.
Communicate effectively with staff on maintenance issues and timelines for repairs.
Tool Management: Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and properly stored.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and property management policies.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Coordinate with other maintenance staff and contractors.
