Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, guiding them through the sales process, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy and helping our customers reduce their carbon footprint while saving on energy costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and cold outreach.
Meet with potential customers to assess their energy needs and educate them on solar energy solutions.
Provide quotes, proposals, and customized solar energy solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Close sales by guiding clients through the contract process, handling objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with customers and follow up on leads to ensure long-term success and customer retention.
Keep up to date with industry trends, product offerings, and government incentives related to solar energy.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is preferred; experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Knowledge of solar energy products and services is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
