The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and managing the financial records of the company. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with experience in real estate development and a strong background in bookkeeping and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and office supplies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and monthly/quarterly reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Coordinate with project managers to track project budgets and expenses.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Prepare documents and reports for real estate transactions, including contracts, closing statements, and financial summaries.
- Support project coordination and maintain filing systems.
- Assist with compliance and documentation for real estate development projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Bookkeeper, preferably in real estate development.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
