Description
Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Coordinating new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Managing employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Assisting with employee relations matters, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
Supporting performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews, tracking performance appraisal deadlines, and assisting with documentation.
Administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
Staying informed about relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
