Prepare tech in presentation area daily for upcoming presentations
Discreetly provide as-needed tech support during ongoing presentations
Charge tech in between on-going presentations as needed
Reboot tech in conference rooms daily
Quietly and professionally fix issues without causing disruptions
Supporting very high-level, discrete, and sensitive conferences
Respond to tickets or real-time issues about connections, tablets, hardware issues, troubleshooting, monitor replacements, etc.
Provide Level I Help Desk support as needed
Provide Level I Field Services support as-needed
Assist with IT lab reorganization/cleanup
Can be entry-level with more limited experience
Casual work environment

Requirements
User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment
Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Solid understanding of Basic Troubleshooting
IT support ticketing system experience desired
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Firm grasp of basic networking concepts
