Find your future with us.The Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) Mission Systems & Autonomy (MS&A) software capability is seeking a Mid-Level Staff Analyst in El Segundo, California .As a Staff Analyst, you will be a part of an amazing and collaborative team working to ensure the continued progress and success of our innovative technology initiatives. A successful candidate to this position is someone that is considered experienced supporting program execution, program management and building new organizational capabilities. You are an individual that is self-motivated, passionate, and driven to take-on and successfully execute important and time sensitive projects.The selected candidate will work with the Disruptive Computing & Networks (DC&N) product team focused on the concept, requirements, architecture, design and development of a future system.Position Responsibilities:

Supports the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to ensure the daily operations of the IPT run smoothly

Plans, supports and implements logistics for IPT level internal and/or external events and meetings across multiple sites

Establishes and maintain the meeting cadence, agendas, and scheduling

Supports updates of weekly reports, and program milestone presentation content for briefing

Collects, organizes, generates, and maintain metrics to established processes across all software development phases to show progress and compliance

Facilitates the onboarding of new hirers to establish access and accounts

Manages IPT facility and coordinate with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources such as computing equipment, office space assignments, and office supplies

Coordinates and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler's logistics, generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges

Embodies excellent group collaboration, teamwork, and relationship strengthening to deliver excellence to the team and those the team supports

Possesses demonstrable organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task

Proactive, self-motivated and can complete task with minimum supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) and ability to complete a CI (Counter Intelligence) polygraph after employment start.To be considered for this position you will be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications

4+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

4 + years of experience in project planning and coordination

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with Poly

Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly

Experience with team collaboration tools such as Gitlab

Experience with DOORs
