We are currently seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.Job Description:As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic business initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data models, and create insightful visualizations using Tableau. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in SQL and data science to conduct in-depth analyses, identify trends, and make recommendations that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in the B2C space, preferably within the entertainment or media industries.Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance metrics.
Query and manipulate data using SQL to extract relevant information and perform advanced analytics.
Utilize statistical techniques and data science methodologies to uncover patterns and trends within large datasets.
Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
Experience with data science techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and machine learning.
Prior experience in the B2C space, preferably within the entertainment or media industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
