Data Analyst

The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Parcel Analyst to support our Global Logistics team. Based in El Segundo, CA, this role will focus on parcel carrier performance, rate analysis, dashboard development, and scenario-based modeling to drive strategic fulfillment decisions. The ideal candidate brings at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics role, preferably within a DTC environment.What Your Impact Will Be: Analyze parcel shipping data across multiple carriers (domestic and international) to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs such as cost-per-shipment, on-time delivery, and transit time performance.Perform rate comparisons and evaluate carrier service levels to support vendor selection and contract negotiations.Build and present scenario-based models to forecast cost and service implications of changes to fulfillment strategies (e.g., new carriers, warehouse locations, volume shifts).Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, planning, and tech teams to ensure alignment on logistics goals and execution.Assist in quarterly business reviews with key parcel partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier updates, and technology that can impact parcel logistics strategy.
