Production Lead - Beverage

What our Beverage Lead will do:Production Oversight:Manage daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.Monitor production equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.Ensure accurate reporting of production data, including output, quality, and waste.Team Supervision:Lead and mentor production team members.Plan and assign tasks based on skillsets and workload requirements.Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and assist in training employees.Health & Safety:Promote and enforce a safe work environment by adhering to and implementing safety policies and procedures.Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and implement solutions in collaboration with the management team.Monitor inventory levels and materials usage to reduce waste and ensure timely replenishment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, logistics, and planning, to ensure seamless operations.
