Production Lead - Beverage

What our Seasonal R&D Lab Technician will do:Production Oversight:Manage daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.Monitor production equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.Ensure accurate reporting of production data, including output, quality, and waste.Team Supervision:Lead, mentor, and supervise production team members to achieve individual and team goals.Plan and assign tasks based on skillsets and workload requirements.Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and assist in training employees.Quality Assurance:Ensure products meet quality standards by enforcing proper procedures and conducting routine checks.Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
