Description Abramson Architects is looking for a dynamic person who is skilled with AccountsPayable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing and Software systems. This person will beresponsible for processing payables and providing invoice preparation support, amongother duties. Other special projects as assigned. We are looking for someone who cantake initiative, is a quick and creative thinker and who operates well in a fast pacedenvironment. Person must have an understanding of accounting.Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable - monitoring collections and payments
Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
Perform administrative support functions
Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
Check run processing
Bank reconciliation
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in Accounting
5+ years' of experience working in Accounting or Bookkeeping
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented
Skilled at learning new software
Experience working at a professional services firm is a plus
