- Key team member on identifying the strategy and roadmap for IAM projects
- Key team member supporting other business units’ projects from an IAM perspective
- Work with ITSM team to automate service request workflows for Service Requests the IAM team works
- Work with the team and business to automate and simplify operations for the IAM department
- Day to day operations supporting team and business with focus on role-based provisioning
- Managing queues using BMC Remedy
- Managing tasks and projects using Jira
- Work with the team and business to achieve audit compliance
- Mentor other team members
- Provisioning subject matter expert for subset of applications supported
- Hands on experience with at least one of the IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity)
- Strong understanding of Identity life cycle management
- Strong understanding of Role Based Access (RBAC)
- 5 + years’ experience with audits and audit compliance
- 5 + years’ experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Messaging (Exchange and Exchange Online)
- 5+ years’ experience with Identity and Access management solutions
- Scripting (i.e., PowerShell)
- Customer service focused
