You will be a key business partner and critical member of the BTO and Strategy leadership teams. You will support a distributed team that partners with senior management to drive key operational decision making.The function supports network optimization, capacity expansion projects, efficiency, and partners with global functions in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, procurement, planning, quality and facilities as they relate to the BTO. You will partner to develop and implement team’s annual operating plan (AOP) and play a key part in aligning operation team goals with leadership expectations.Key Responsibilities:

Financial leader for the BTO and Strategy functions.

Perform return on investment analysis and justifications for manufacturing site investment and cost reduction projects. Includes financial modeling to ensure appropriate prioritization.

Partner with appropriate leaders and functional areas to develop cases and drive project financial approval processes.

Develops and applies proactive, early indicator reporting metrics to communicate financial risk or opportunities in a timely manner to senior management.

Improve on tools to run business; identify, communicate, recommend, and implement corrective actions.

Implementation and oversight of control, process standards, accounting principles, policies and reporting practices.

Partner with leaders to solicit feedback for step level improvements in reporting and continuously make process and system improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.

Drive continuous improvement with the financial analysis and reporting within BTO and Operations Finance.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial activity for responsible functions.

Build upon vision to elevate operations finance as a best-in-class organization by completing both the personnel and operational improvement road map.

Be a dedicated leader. Train and develop staff.

Implement new programs via coaching and mentoring that improves finance and operations team members performance and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.

7+ years of professional experience in finance.

Strong leadership, management, and partnership skills

Detail oriented with high level analytical skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet objectives.

Mental awareness, flexibility, and adaptability to work in a matrix organization.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00–$175,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
